Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Local Pickup (if available): Free, by appointment
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at botanicalembers@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns on candles for safety reasons. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
